The Venezuelan partner is the core organization responsible for coordinating the preparation of promotional supplies for the 2020 Presidential Election. It needed to customize a large number of multi-category supplies for election rallies, staff attire, and voter interaction. Due to the fixed election schedule, it had extremely high requirements for production efficiency, delivery timeliness, and category coordination of supplies, ensuring all supplies arrived on time to support the smooth progress of election activities.

The partner aimed to enhance the coverage and visual consistency of election promotion through 5 million multi-category election supplies, meeting the needs of different scenarios (outdoor rallies, street promotions, staff protection). It required samples to be delivered within 1 day after contract signing on September 30th, and full-category production and air deliver

Extremely Tight Timeline with Holiday：The entire process of "sample making + production + air transport customs clearance" needed to be completed within 28 days, overlapping with the National Day public holiday. The actual effective production time was compressed, creating enormous time pressure.

Zero-Tolerance for Sample Delivery：All samples of 5 product categories had to be delivered on October 1st (the day after contract signing). Simultaneous sampling for multiple categories required efficient design and process adaptation, with no room for delay.

Difficult Multi-Category Process Coordination：The products covered T-shirts (sublimation printing), hats (embroidery), flags (full-printing), fabric masks (protective structure sewing), and bags (assembly molding). The significant differences in processes increased the difficulty of production scheduling and supply chain coordination.

Complex Air Transport Coordination：It was necessary to synchronize the production progress of multiple categories with air cargo space and customs clearance processes. Delays in any link could lead to overall delivery failure, making coordination far more difficult than regular orders.

1-Day Emergency Sample Response：A professional sampling team was activated, with dedicated process specialists assigned to each of the 5 product categories. Design confirmation and sample production were advanced simultaneously. After the contract was signed on September 30th, all samples were delivered on October 1st as scheduled, enabling the rapid launch of subsequent production.

Full Operation of 5 Production Lines：5 production lines were put into use, implementing 3-shift rotation (including overtime during National Day). Lines were allocated based on product process characteristics (e.g., fully automatic printing lines for T-shirts/flags, sewing lines for hats/masks/bags), reducing the transfer time of cross-category production.

Full-Process Time Management：A phased timeline for "sampling - procurement - production - quality inspection - air transport" was developed. Raw material procurement and production line debugging were completed before the National Day holiday, and production of complex-process products (e.g., masks, hats) was prioritized during the holiday to avoid time waste. 3 quality inspection nodes (semi-finished products, finished products, before packaging) were set for each product category to prevent rework risks in advance.

Seamless Air Transport Connection：Air transport service providers and customs clearance agencies were contacted 10 days in advance to confirm cargo space and customs clearance document lists. All products passed quality inspection and were packaged on October 27th, and customs clearance and loading were completed simultaneously on October 28th, ensuring smooth takeoff on the same day.
